We do not permit the use of our styles on any site containing illegal software, warez, torrents, etc. If you own such a site, please shop somewhere else :)
ForumFlux reviews each purchase prior to releasing the product for download. This process usually takes less than an hour but may take up to twenty-four (24) depending upon what time of day your order is placed. ForumFlux reserves the right to decline a purchase. If this occurs, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be given due to problems related to mods, addons, or hacks added to your site that interfere with the style.
We make no guarantees that these styles will work with all modifications, addons, or hacks available.
Exchanges will NOT be granted. Make sure BEFORE you finish your payment that you have ordered the correct item and that it is for the correct board software.
Prior to purchasing the style you have selected it is strongly recommended that you test it by using our demo forum.
Your purchase grants you the right to free support and access to upgrades as they become available for one year from the date of purchase. You may renew these options for the fee of $10 per skin. You also will be given the option to purchase a lifetime license, granted lifetime access to priority support and upgrades.
Free support does not include assisting in customizations to the style, however, we do assist where possible with small customizations.
Use of any style is strictly limited to one instance of application (i.e. strictly one domain on one server), for the software your product was created for, as authorized by ForumFlux.
You are permitted to alter the code and images of the style you have purchased. It is also acceptable to use the images on your actual website.
Under no circumstances is the code of the style you have purchased (original or modified) permitted to be distributed to other parties.
All copyright notices must remain in the templates unless a branding free license is purchased. This includes any links, images, or text at the base of a template that designate "Designed by ForumFlux" or its equivalent.
On breach of any of these clauses ForumFlux.com will immediately revoke your license. Furthermore, no refund will be made on license fees.
